Auraria-Lincoln Park
Goldseekers first settled Denver in Lincoln Park 150 years ago. Today, the neighborhood blends charming turn-of-the-century architecture and a sense of family with the Auraria Campus, home to the University of Colorado at Denver, Metropolitan State College, and the Community College of Denver. Close to the heart of downtown, yet affordable, this neighborhood is perfect for people wanting history without the price tag that usually accompanies it. The Santa Fe Drive redevelopment turned the area into a retail and commercial haven, revived with cafes, authentic Mexican bakeries, art galleries, photography studios, and a variety of offices.
