Platte Park

Platte Park was once incorporated as part of the original Town of South Denver. The town’s only mayor, James Fleming, built his historic estate in 1882, which went on to serve as the town hall, jail, and library. Just west of the University of Denver campus, this neighborhood is a popular location for students and local businesses.
